1. Take enough proteins such as meat, fish, eggs, milk and poultry:
- It will be able to maintain and increase the muscle mass dramatically. 2. Do compound exercises regularly: - For example, push-ups. - This kind of exercises will encourage the body to use primary muscle groups, secondary muscle groups and it also can stabilize the muscles. 3. Get enough sleep: - Get at least 8 hours of sleep because it can help growth hormone releases when sleep for the muscle building. |
